BASE HERBS-

Mullein: This herb is classified as an expectorant, which. means it severely helps with breaking up respiratory congestion and expels junk from your lungs that shouldn't be there.

Mugwort: What can I say about mugwort? Ever since I've discovered this amazing herb I've been able to have full recollection of my dreams. It sounds crazy, but mugwort before bed is now my go to. Mugwort is extremely relaxing and has a numerous range of benefits: including fever/cold, chronic pain, asthma and digestive issues. (Warning do not use Red Raspberry Leaf if pregnant can cause problems with pregnancy).

Damiana: Commonly used as an aphrodisiac, but also a popular smoking blend due to its similar taste of marijuana. 

Red Raspberry Leaf: Are you trying to quit smoking tobacco? This famous herb is an amazing alternative, it can even be used to counteract nicotine poisoning. This herb also produces a very calming effect on the user. (Warning do not use Red Raspberry Leaf if pregnant can cause problems with pregnancy).

SUPPORTIVE/KICKER HERBS-

White Sage: Typically used to boost mood and help with memory. Also aids in cleansing of throat, lungs, and any congestion you may have. Also helps as a relaxant, however consumers have noted it's a little harsh on the throat and don't recommend smoking it by itself.

St. Johns Wort: This herb has been used for centuries for symptoms of depression or anxiety. Known as the "feel good" plant. A natural mood stabilizer, that wipes out all stress throughout your body.

Skullcap: Best known for cutting down on insomnia as well as anxiety. Can also be used to aid headaches, and boost the nervous system. 

Passionflower: Ideal for users who experience anxiety or insomnia. Feelings of sedation and relaxation. 

Wormwood: Smoking wormwood has a painkilling effect, and can act as a strong sedative in large doses.

FLAVORING HERBS-

Lavender: We all know the amazing scent of lavender, but do you know the benefits of adding it to your herb mixture? Lavender is very relaxing and can even give you a much better quality of sleep!

Chamomile: Most popular as a tea, however smoking chamomile is another great tobacco alternative with relaxing effects on the body. 

Peppermint: Great for respiratory health. Recommended to add to a blend if you have trouble inhaling smoke. Restore and rejuvenates both mind and body.

Rose: Mood enhancing, can also be used as a mild aphrodisiac, also great for relaxation. 

Lemon Balm: Helps relieve and reduce stress and anxiety. Eases insomnia, as well as other sleep disorders. Great for flavoring your blend.
